This article analyzes the possibility of there being concrete antagonisms between the professional practice of the social worker before the requirements of special testimony of children and adolescents victims of sexual violence, read rape of vulnerability and intends to unveil this universe through reflective thinking tensioned by the new demands placed to the category without due debate. For this, this is a qualitative study from a bibliographic review, of narrative and documental type, with a descriptive and exploratory approach, anchored in an analysis from the dialectical historical materialism. Furthermore, the research showed that the special deposition revictimizes the child and the adolescent and is contrary to the principle of protection brought by the ECA, as well as there are not enough theoretical subsidies within the professional training to support its practice within the Social Work.
