Abstract

It aimed to analyze the association of the Inventory on Work and Illness Risks, through the nature of precariousness, based on the type of employment relationship of professionals at Psychosocial Care Centers. Cross-sectional study carried out in a Decentralized Health Area in the state of Ceará. In total, 35 professionals from six Psychosocial Care Centers, in five municipalities. The Work and Illness Risk Inventory was used, consisting of 128 items in 13 factors. The data was analyzed using SPSS and contextualized in light of Complexity Theory. Demonstrating that precariousness affects all types of work relationships to different degrees of intensity. It is concluded that the instrumentality of professions is a constant, which affects the future of professionals in a physical, cognitive and social way.
