Abstract

This article aims to analyze the integration of Labor Law education into the curriculum of the Integrated High School of the Federal Institutes of Education in light of the principles of professional and Technological Education. Based on a literature review, it sought to demonstrate the feasibility and relevance of this integration in the development of students’ skills and competencies, preparing them more appropriately for the world of work and for the conscious exercise of their rights and duties as citizens and future workers. The study concluded that this integration proves to be a promising strategy for the comprehensive education of students, and that this approach not only prepares young people for the world of work but also contributes to the construction of a more just and egalitarian society.
