With geographical variation in relation to the environmental and behavioral context, and unknown etiology, the neoplasms that affect dogs and cats are described as benign those with the ability to restore animal health and minimally described recurrence, and malignant with marked metastatic capacity. Its main cause is the change in cellular DNA, losing control of cell division. The objective was to address the theme of neoplasms due to the histological and biological compatibilities found in neoplasms of dogs and cats in relation to humans. The study was carried out from 2019 to 2023, in the municipality of Manaus, in Amazonas, participating adults and the elderly, with a diagnosis obtained from PARR, immunohistochemical and cytological tests. Among the neoplasms addressed, it was possible to observe the Mastocytoma as the one with the highest occurrence in male dogs and the highest prevalence in SRD animals, presenting skin lesions, followed by the Transmissible Venereal Tumor - TVT and other pathologies described, while in females the Breast Carcinoma stood out. In Felinos there was a highlight in relation to Multicentric Lymphoma.
