This paper ought to analyze how the preparation of the Course Completion Work (TCC) can contribute to integral human formation in Integrated High School. For this purpose, the methodology used was a bibliographical research, making a critical analysis of the context studied, revealing reality and indicating possibilities for a more complete formation based on the theoretical framework of dialectical historical materialism and complemented by a systematic study on the reflections of the main authors of Professional and Technological Education (EPT) – Gaudêncio Frigotto, Maria Ciavatta, Dante Moura and Marise Ramos. The results indicate that, in the context of Integrated High School, TCC is an important pedagogical tool, which significantly contributes to the integral human formation of students. By combining theoretical and practical knowledge, TCC offers students a deeper understanding of scientific and technological content, in addition to encouraging critical reflection on work and society. It is hoped that this article can contribute to the debate on the importance of preparing the TCC in Integrated High School, bringing knowledge and reflections on professional education, forming critical citizens, aware and prepared to face the challenges of the world of work.
