Abstract

This article seeks to promote reflections on Technological Professional Education (EPT) and training in the area of internal communication in the Federal Network, specifically, on non-violent communication aimed at employees. It refers to writing from the state of knowledge, having as its conceptual basis the epistemic fields of educommunication and technological professional education as a driving aspect of integral human formation. This article is a bibliographical review produced through research carried out in the Capes theses and dissertations catalog and at the ProfEPT Observatory. It was found that there are no academic productions that address the topic and that propose workshops aimed at employees with the theme of Non-Violent Communication in the field of professional education. Therefore, in addition to being a necessary topic, it constitutes a pioneering investigation that aims to contribute to raising awareness about the communicative process in order to reach the internal and external community of the Federal Network.
