This article derives from the experience of a psychology internship of two students and their supervisor, which was conducted between March and June of 2022 in a Third-Sector institution in the metropolitan region of Florianópolis (Brazil). The organization offers educational and professional training projects for teenagers and young adults that are in situations of social vulnerability. Among orientations and local possibilities, the interns conducted weekly workshops within the framework “Humanity and Citizenship” with teenagers and young adults that participated in a project to prepare them for entering the Brazilian Young Apprentice Program. The intervention was based on a Freirean perspective and on Marcia Moraes’ researchWITH (pesquisarCOM), approaches that contributed to the bonding relationship between intern-educators and participants of the project. The workshops enabled the collective creation of a space for reflection about the interface between diversity, inclusion, guarantee of rights and youths and its possibilities. This space was produced by and also a producer of affability and care, among other important actions for psychology.
