This article aims to present a research-intervention(in)experience in Fortaleza that contributed to the collective construction of recommendations for strengthening the school institution as a device for youth protection, prevention and combat against violence. In its methodological paths, the text highlights the collaborative construction of the investigative process and its operationalization through the creation of a working group and the holding of workshops with school managers/professionals, students and community references. Resulting from the research's participatory devices, ten recommendations were developed to combat violence in school territories and strengthen the school as a space for youth protection. Based on (s)colonial experiments in the micropolitics of investigation, research-inter(in)vention collaborated with the resonance and confluence of multiple voices, with the articulation between school and community territories and with the affirmation of the possibilities of technical policy of such actors based on the collaborative production of knowledge.
